Too often, innovative ideas fail to realise their commercial potential because the founders have insufficient access to the necessary capital, domain expertise and networks within the Healthcare, Biotech and other related sectors. Gryphon Capital was established specifically to address this need, while at the same time to provide equity financing during the early stages of a company’s development.

Our overall investing philosophy is:

• To focus on early-stage companies with outstanding intellectual property and strong commercial prospects.
• To identify and back talented and committed entrepreneurs and/or scientists.
• To actively support the development of our portfolio companies by leveraging Gryphon Capital’s established networks and relationships in the healthcare sector.
• To help facilitate a successful exit at a time, and by way of a transaction, that maximises the return to all stakeholders.
