Gryphon Capital has long standing relationships with key players in the industry, both in Australia and internationally.

We are well placed both to identify potential synergies between companies and to facilitate partnerships at the highest levels. We have significant experience in securing license and distribution agreements, as well as in negotiating M&A transactions and Joint Venture arrangements.

In general, Gryphon Capital does not provide fee-based services. Rather, our focus is on participation and equity. We earn a return through committing our own capital and by sharing in the value that we help to create.
